Music Radio, a leader in live-hosted Internet radio programming, plays traditional and contemporary music from around the world. Our
format blends ethnic and eclectic music with specialty programs ranging
from Brazilian to Reggae, Native American, Classical Indian, the ever
popular Celtic to the sounds of Africa and beyond. Our mission is to provide
fabulous music that you would not normally hear on commercial broadcast
radio while helping to preserve the musical heritage of our global community.

World Music Radio
will provide dual-exposure of your message to our global audience of discerning
listeners to ensure maximum visibility for your product or service.
Not only will you receive
live, on-air, scripted commercial messages, also—at no additional
charge—your company logo and a brief description will be listed on
the Advertisers' page for the entire term of the advertising agreement.
If you already have an online presence, we will also include a hyperlink
to your site.

Advertising spots are :30 seconds in length; currently
limited to 3 spots per half-hour, thus allowing the primary focus
for music and content to be supported without being overwhelmed by
too many advertising messages. Therefore your message will be more
prominent. |
| The scheduling of ad spots is determined by the purchase
of either ROS (Run of Schedule) spots, or Specialty Program spot placement:

ROS allows the advertiser
greater diversity throughout the entire programming schedule and is
placed at the discretion of the station traffic manager. This is the
least expensive rate schedule. |

Specific Program placement, on the other hand, allows
the advertiser to support and be identified with one of the specialty
programs. This advertising method is limited and provides premium
placement as reflected in higher rates. |
| Terms |

All regular Advertising Agreements are established
on a monthly term basis. Pricing reflects an automatic discount for
frequency. Payment is required in advance of the date to begin each
advertising campaign. |

To
further support and maximize visibility for our advertising clients,
all sponsors are listed with a logo and/or brief description on the
Advertisers Page. At no additional charge, hyperlinks are established
when applicable. When there is sponsorship of one or more Specialty
Programs, a Logo Link is also placed on the home page of the particular
program. |
